How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Lifeforces Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Lifeforces Mold Help
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Lifeforces Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide things on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@lifeforces.world and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into the matter, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
